Mourning Booth

I have been blessed with some good friends during my journey of grief and sadness. I have made some good friends and I am so thankful for them. This video explains so much.

All I can say is Wow. This video gave me goosebumps. I can't imagine how it feels to be in the "mourning booth", and I know it's been a part of your life for six months now and I am so sorry. But it makes me sad to know that there is nothing I can say or do to make you feel better. I hope that knowing one day you will get to see, hold, hug and kiss your son again will help you get past those hard days! You're always in our prayers!

wow! how did you find this.... it does explain so much - and even not enough! It was so comforting when at the end she just sat by him...just sat....which is sometimes exactly what we need. i love ya! let me know if ever there is anything I can do to help... we can always walk together in our valley!

Wow. That was beautiful, clear, concise, deeply powerful, and movingly profound. I'll never read or hear that scripture again without thinking about the deeper meaning it has. That was an amazing illustration of the process of mourning. Even when you feel you're alone in the booth know that there are so many of us praying and there in spirit...just being there. We have no good advice and don't know how to help you navigate this time. We just want you to know your sweet family is our constant thoughts.
